For all those vegetarians out there, we know meatless meals can cause kitchen dilemmas. Someone’s craving meat, you can’t find the right ingredients, etc. Well, my family has grown to love this cookbook. In the past, there has been some issues finding good recipes to follow with non-“exotic” vegetables. This cookbook uses “normal” ingredients and the meals are relatively easy to put together and they turn out delicious. Plus, each recipe has a picture. If you’re like me, this is a much appreciated feature.
Even though “This [insert dish name here] would be great with some sausage” is a frequent comment heard around my dinner table, there has not been a single complaint concerning a meal from this book.
So, if your New Year’s resolution was to eat healthier, or if you’re searching for new food to try, I highly recommend this cookbook: 101 Veggie Dishes from Good Food Magazine. Enjoy!
